Billing & Pricing

We accept cash, checks and credit cards. All payments will be decided between the owner and the clients after the owner has bid the job, and an agreement on payment has been met between the client and owner. All information regarding payment will be written in a contract signed by the owner and the client(s). If you wish for us to come and bid a job, there will be no fee. We will come bid the job for you and discuss pricing from there. 

If you wish to sign an ongoing contract with us, a one time clean or just get a bid, you can contact us through email or phone call.

All job-sites are inspected before we call it finished. The owner likes to walk through with the client before signing off on the job to ensure the client is satisfied with the cleaning job.
